🟣શાળાકીય સર્વગ્રાહી મૂલ્યાંકનના પ્રવર્તમાન માળખા મુજબ ધોરણ ૫ અને ધોરણ ૮ માં E ગ્રેડ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને બે માસના સમયગાળામાં ઉપચારાત્મક શિક્ષણ કર્યા બાદ શાળા કક્ષાએ પુન:કસોટી યોજવાની રહેશે. પુન:કસોટીમાં જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પોતાના ગ્રેડમાં અપેક્ષિત સુધારો કરી શકે તો વર્ગબઢતી આપવાની રહેશે, ધોરણ ૫ અને ૮ સિવાયના અન્ય કોઈ ધોરણમાં વિદ્યાર્થીને રોકી રાખી શકાશે નહિ.

Navratri is the day of purification for the general seeker and the day of accomplishment for the special seekers.  On the first day of Navratri, Maa Shailputri i.e. Maa Parvati, born as the daughter of the mountain king Himalaya, is worshiped.

When I moved to Switzerland, I rented a house near a school there.  The housewife, Christina, was a retired 9-year-old teacher who had taught many students at the high school for years.  Pension facilities are very good in Switzerland.  Christina was also getting a very good pension and she had no worries of making a living.
     Yet he accepted the 'job' of caring for a lonely 7-year-old.  I asked Christina if she was doing this for money.
His answer took me by surprise.  He said, "I don't do this work for money but I deposit my time in the time bank. When I get old and unable to move, I will be able to withdraw it from the time bank."
The first time I heard about 'Time Bank'.  I was curious and interested in learning more about it.
     Originally 'Time Bank' was an old age pension program developed by the Swiss Federal Ministry of Social Security.  When people are young, old people 'save' time by serving people and then 'take out' it when they get old or sick or for any other reason.
   The candidate should be healthy, well-spoken and full of love.  Every day he took care of the needy person and helped him.
The amount of time he serves is credited to his personal 'Time' account in the Social Security system.
  Christina went to work twice a week.  Every time for two hours to help the 7 year old, to shop for him, to clean his house, to take him to the sunlight, to talk to him.
  According to the agreement, after one year of his service, Time Bank will calculate his total hours of service and issue him a 'Time Bank Card'.  When he needs help, he can use this card to 'withdraw' time deposited with interest.
  After checking the information, Time Bank will send the account holder who can help him to the hospital or his home.
One day I was at school and Christina got a call that she had fallen off a table while cleaning a window in the house.  I left halfway home and rushed Christina to the hospital for treatment.  He had an ankle injury and was forced to rest on the bed for a while.
When I was worried about who would take care of him now, he immediately told me not to worry.  He had applied for 'withdrawal' in 'Time Bank'!  Within two hours, a volunteer joined Christina's service.  It was arranged by 'Time Bank'.
For a month after that, the volunteer took good care of Christina, spent time with her every day, talked and made delicious food for her.  Within a month, under the care of this volunteer, Christina was completely healed.
After recovering, Christina returned to work.  He wished that as long as he was healthy he could work or serve in this way and deposit as much time in the 'Time Bank'.
  The use of 'time bank' to help the elderly is prevalent in Switzerland.  This practice not only saves the country's pension expenses but also solves other social problems.
Many Swiss citizens enthusiastically welcome this old-age pension practice and join Time Bank to be a part of it.
The Swiss government has also passed a law on the Time Bank pension scheme.
