If the SIR FORM is not available for any reason… the online form can be easily filled from home at voters.eci.gov.in. Below is its *completely simple and step-wise process:
🔹 Step-wise online process
1. Open Google Chrome in your mobile or computer and search voters.eci.gov.in.
2. The second option “Voters Registration - Election Commission of India” will appear - OPEN it.
3. Now the official website of Election Commission of India will open. Scrolling down will show the SERVICES section.
4. Two options will appear here: ✔ Green Color → Click on “Fill Enumeration Form”.
5. Now the Voter’s Service Portal page will open.
6. Sign-up here:
- Mobile number
- Email ID
- Sign-up by filling Captcha.
7. After that, enter your mobile number again → OTP will come → You will be logged in as soon as you enter OTP.
8. After logging in, go to the home page and click on *Fill Enumeration Form* again.
9. Now “SIR 2026 – Online Form Submission by Elector” will appear.
10. Search by entering State and Voter ID Number here.
11. Your complete details will appear here.
12. Now enter your mobile number again → Send OTP → Verify by entering OTP
13. Now “Select One Category” will appear - in which you have to select your appropriate category.
🔹 Process of filling details as per 2002 voter list
14. Now you have to fill the information as per 2002 list. *(You will have to find this information yourself in the list)*
15. The 2002 list will be downloaded as a ZIP File from the Main Page.
16. Extract it by going to ZIP File → MyFiles → The file will open in PDF.
17. Fill in the appropriate information from the 2002 list in the form → Select Relation → Search.
18. The relative's information will appear below → Tick the box below it and continue.
19. Now the form will open — in which you will have to fill your
- Date of Birth
- Aadhaar Number
- Other necessary details.
20. Upload your *Passport Size Photo* up to 2 MB.
21. Click on Submit below.
22. After Submit, *Aadhaar Verification* will come → Enter Aadhaar Number → Get OTP → Enter OTP.
23. Tick Terms & Conditions below.
24. Finally, Submit again.
🔹 Acknowledgment
After the form is successfully submitted, you will see the following message:
*“Your Enumeration Form has been submitted successfully.”*
From the above link, you can see the details of the father of a married woman of 2002. You can view the voter list of 2002 of that village by selecting Mehsana district or any district from this link and selecting your assembly constituency and you can search for the name from it
