- સરકારી સહાય બાદ કરતાં જે લાભાર્થી જમીન ખરીદવા સક્ષમ હોય તેને જ લાભ મળવાપાત્ર છે.
- કુટુંબની એક જ વ્યક્તિને જ લાભ મળવાપાત્ર છે.
- સરકારી સહાયથી મળેલ જમીન લાભાર્થી ૧૫ વર્ષ સુધી બિન વેચાણને પાત્ર રહેશે .
- લાભ મેળવનાર લાભાર્થી ખેતમજૂર હોવા જરૂરી છે.

યોજનાનો હેતુ
- અનુસૂચિત જાતિના ઘણા લોકો ખેત મજુરી પર નિર્ભર છે. આ જાતિના લોકો ખેતીની જમીન ખરીદ કરીને જાતે ખેતી કરી, આવકમાં વધારો કરી શકે તે આશયથી ખેતીની જમીન ખરીદવા માટે અરજદારને એકર દીઠ રૂ.૧,૦૦,૦૦૦ અને વધુમાં વધુ ૨ એકર માટે રૂ.૨,૦૦,૦૦૦ ની નાણાકીય સહાય યોજના આપવા આવે છે.
નિયમો અને શરતો
- વાર્ષિક આવક મર્યાદા ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર માટે રૂ.૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ અને શહેરી વિસ્તાર માટે રૂ.૧,૫૦,૦૦૦ રહેશે.
- સરકારી સહાય બાદ કરતાં જે લાભાર્થી જમીન ખરીદવા સક્ષમ હોય તેને જ લાભ મળવાપાત્ર છે.

- જમીન હોય એનું ૭/૧૨ / ૮(અ) / તલાટિકમ મંત્રી નો દાખલો
- બેંક પાસબૂકની પ્રથમ પાનાની નકલ / રદ કરેલ ચેક (અરજદારના નામનું)
