The central government has reduced the August housing allowance to 25 per cent of the basic salary. How much HRA will you get for which city?

According to the 7th Pay Commission, the minimum basic salary of central employees is Rs 18,000. At the same time, the basic salary of private sector employees starts from Rs 15,000. Central employees will be paid Rs 17 per cent till June 2021. The basic salary of Rs 18,000 was Rs 3,060. From July 2021, central employees will get Rs 5,040 per month at 28% DA.
