Why old pension scheme? An idea.
What is the pure Gujarati of the English word Penson? Givai, the amount decided to be given for the job, the amount received for subsistence. In the old days, employees were loyal to Raj and served him. In return the king paid them. When the employee retired, Raj would pay an annual or monthly stipend for his years of loyalty and service. So that his loyal employee does not live a helpless life. Raj can keep his head high. It was Raj's grievance that a retired employee suffered for money. Any employee who has served the Raj and the people for 35-35 years should not be stingy in giving the last five-fifteen years of his life.
No matter what anyone says, Class 3 and Class 4 in India do not get handsome celery. Vegetable lorries, rickshaw pullers, leaf gulls and educational assistants are all economically one-limbed birds. If you think deeply now, the first five years of the life of government employees and the last five years of life are considered as "black time".
I shudder at the thought of how an employee will be able to make a living at Rs 2,000 a month under the new enhanced pension scheme. The ugly future looks like a retired police constable will be standing outside a wealthy businessman's bungalow as a security guard. A retired teacher may be doing the housework herself or doing the work of a nanny. A retired clerk of a Mamlatdar's office will be a salesman of a cloth shop. The lucky one will get all this, the big question is who will give the job after the remaining 58 years !!!
What can an employee save if they talk about today's research? Maybe if he saves, what interest does he get in the bank? 5 percent annually. BP tablets are available in the market today for Rs. One person puts a hundred rupees in the bank today. Suppose that in ten years the rupee doubles and in 2031 it becomes two hundred rupees. Now E.S. What will be the price of BP pill in 2031? Will the buses cost Rs. Inflation has the wheels of a Ferrari and our savings are the wheels of a bicycle. This means that you will have as many savings as you like, but only if their speed is higher than inflation, those savings will come in handy in old age!
For information, the fee for doing MBA in a private college in our country is Rs. 31 lakhs. A normal two BHK flat costs Rs 45 lakh. Even if the employee does only one of these two jobs, all his savings will be wasted from the mountain. The implication is that you have to become a laborer once more to make a living in the past! We have to consider "happiness" in what we get by being helpless.
An employee who has served the state and has to enjoy such "happiness" is considered a failure of the state. The price of lifelong loyalty cannot be helplessness. If you want to see an example of excellent employee service in the job, look at "Google". Google pays a lifetime pension to the family of an employee who has been with the company for one year or twenty years. The company believes that it is the responsibility of the entire family, not just the employee, after the employee joins the company. If we leave our employee's family unattended, our company is in trouble, it is a disgrace on the head of our company ..... and that is why such companies are spread all over the world.
Come, together, let's restore the old pension scheme. There are four pillars of democracy. Legislature, bureaucracy, judiciary and news world (media). Now the fifth column has been added. Which is called Commonman's Voice. That column is social media. This fifth column has proved so effective that it can shake the other four columns. If in a backward country like Serbia, a fruit lorry with a viral post on social media can overthrow the country's dictatorship, we have nothing to do. We just want to be reminded of our right and get it back in peaceful ways.
Democracy is a government run by the people for the people. In which the work is done according to the opinion of the majority of the people. The employees working in the government offices of India are the citizens of India. More than a million tweets were retweeted from across the country today with the hashtags #RestoreOldPension and #NPS_QUIT_INDIA.
Isn't this the majority?
Isn't it the duty of the government to re-implement the old pension scheme which is a stick of old age for the employees who have been performing their duty with lifelong devotion?
If the answer is no, then this pension scheme should be discontinued even for MLAs, MPs, Prime Minister and President who have been elected for only five years.
A contract between an insurance provider (e.g. an insurance company or a government) and an individual or his/her sponsor (that is an employer or a community organization). The contract can be renewable ( annually, monthly) or lifelong in the case of private insurance. It can also be mandatory for all citizens in the case of national plans. The type and amount of health care costs that will be covered by the health insurance provider are specified in writing, in a member contract or "Evidence of Coverage" booklet for private insurance, or in a national [health policy] for public insurance.
(US specific) In the U.S., there are two types of health insurance - tax payer-funded and private-funded.[3] An example of a private-funded insurance plan is an employer-sponsored self-funded ERISA plan. The company generally advertises that they have one of the big insurance companies. However, in an ERISA case, that insurance company "doesn't engage in the act of insurance", they just administer it. Therefore, ERISA plans are not subject to state laws. ERISA plans are governed by federal law under the jurisdiction of the US Department of Labor (USDOL). The specific benefits or coverage details are found in the Summary Plan Description (SPD). An appeal must go through the insurance company, then to the Employer's Plan Fiduciary. If still required, the Fiduciary's decision can be brought to the USDOL to review for ERISA compliance, and then file a lawsuit in federal court.
The individual insured person's obligations may take several forms:[citation needed]
Premium: The amount the policy-holder or their sponsor (e.g. an employer) pays to the health plan to purchase health coverage. (US specific) According to the healthcare law, a premium is calculated using 5 specific factors regarding the insured person. These factors are age, location, tobacco use, individual vs. family enrollment, and which plan category the insured chooses.[4] Under the Affordable Care Act, the government pays a tax credit to cover part of the premium for persons who purchase private insurance through the Insurance Marketplace.[5](TS 4:03)
Deductible: The amount that the insured must pay out-of-pocket before the health insurer pays its share. For example, policy-holders might have to pay a $7500 deductible per year, before any of their health care is covered by the health insurer. It may take several doctor's visits or prescription refills before the insured person reaches the deductible and the insurance company starts to pay for care. Furthermore, most policies do not apply co-pays for doctor's visits or prescriptions against your deductible.
Co-payment: The amount that the insured person must pay out of pocket before the health insurer pays for a particular visit or service. For example, an insured person might pay a $45 co-payment for a doctor's visit, or to obtain a prescription. A co-payment must be paid each time a particular service is obtained.
Coinsurance: Instead of, or in addition to, paying a fixed amount up front (a co-payment), the co-insurance is a percentage of the total cost that insured person may also pay. For example, the member might have to pay 20% of the cost of a surgery over and above a co-payment, while the insurance company pays the other 80%. If there is an upper limit on coinsurance, the policy-holder could end up owing very little, or a great deal, depending on the actual costs of the services they obtain.
Exclusions: Not all services are covered. Billed items like use-and-throw, taxes, etc. are excluded from admissible claim. The insured are generally expected to pay the full cost of non-covered services out of their own pockets.
Coverage limits: Some health insurance policies only pay for health care up to a certain dollar amount. The insured person may be expected to pay any charges in excess of the health plan's maximum payment for a specific service. In addition, some insurance company schemes have annual

We love this. It's a fun app and my friends were delighted when I surprise them with their pictures singing. It needs more Female songs as majority of the songs are for males at this time. Please add more women singers. There are times the app closes suddenly so probably there's issues or bugs need fixed. Also If you guys can modify or add to the app that the pictures we select be in the memory so we don't have to upload and crop pictures every time. Thanks more power to the developers.
The app is fun and the results are amazing. If it were consistent I'd give it a 5-star review. The processing times are awfully long, which wouldn't be much of a problem if you got the results at the end. But, besides the long waits, it feels like a lottery as it has a high rate of failed attempts right now. I'm guessing it's a server problem and I would really recommend you get a better one as this app has a real potential to become viral. The only reason I didn't go premium is because I don't feel confident I'll be able to use the app as frequently as I would want, considering the current situation.
Make your selfie sing
Believe it or not, it only requires you to take or upload a selfie to lip-sync the music you want. Afterward, Wombo will magically return an animated video wherein you are seen singing the song you picked. You will be stunned as to how it manages to vivify the eyes, mouth, and body that emulates human movements. Although, this actually comes at a cost of long processing time.
Once satisfied with the outcome, you can save it into your gallery to share it on various social media platforms. There is an option available for you to directly send it from the app to your friend. If you have privacy concerns with the data it collects, this app guarantees that the photos you use are not saved on the server
To use its service, it will require you to provide some personally identifiable data including but not limited to facial feature details. Information about the way you spend time on the app will be gathered, as well. However, it ensures that its purpose is exclusively to understand the user's manner toward the tool so, the developer can effectively improve the app experience.
Unique and fun
Wombo is a newfangled entertainment tool to make fun and amusing animated videos that will help you go viral. By simply taking or uploading your selfie, the app will automatically generate a video of you lip-syncing to the music you like. Although you have to be patient enough to endure its long processing time, the lengthy waiting duration will surely be worth it.
