CTS-Child Tracking System 2021-22
તમામ જિલ્લા એમ.આઈ.એસ કો ઓર્ડીનેટરને જણાવવાનું કે Aadhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System(CTS) *ચાલુ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨માટે ધોરણ-૧માં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઓનલાઈન એન્ટ્રીની કામગીરી માટે મોડયુલ શરૂ કરવામાં આવેલ છે.* શાળા ક્ક્ષાએથી ધોરણ-૧માં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઓનલાઈન એન્ટ્રીની કામગીરી શરૂ કરવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે. *આ વર્ષે જન્મ નોંધણીના ડેટા સાથે લિંક કરવા માટે જન્મનાં પ્રમાણપત્રમાં દર્શાવેલ જીલ્લો, તાલુકો, પંચાયત, ગામ, જન્મ નોંધણી ક્રમાંક (Birth Registration number),જન્મ તારીખ અને બાળકની માહિતીની પણ એન્ટ્રી કરવાની રહેશે.* આ અંગેની સમજ બ્લોક એમ.આઈ.એસ કો ઓર્ડીનેટર દ્વારા આપવાની રહેશે. જેથી સાચી અને સચોટ માહિતી મેળવી શકાય.
જન્મ તારીખ નોંધણી નંબર વગર પણ એન્ટ્રી થઈ શક્શે

યુ-ડાયસ ફોર્મ વર્ષ -૨૦૨૦/૨૧ ના વર્ષનું ભરવાનું છે કોઈએ ચાલુ વર્ષ(૨૦૨૧/૨૨)નું ફોર્મ ભરવાનું નથી તે ખાસ ધ્યાન રાખવું. (ફોર્મ ૩૦/૦૯/૨૦૨૦ ની સ્થિતિ ભરવું)
ફોર્મ માં ભરેલ માહિતીમાં સુધારો કરવાનો હોય તે લાલ પેન થી કરવો બાકી તમામ માહિતી વાદળી પેનથી ભરવી (કોઈએ કાળી પેન કે પેન્સિલ થી માહિતી ભરવી નહિ)

ધોરણ-૧૦ અને ૧૨ ના પરિણામ ની માહિતી વર્ષ-૨૦૧૯/૨૦ ની ભરવી
ગ્રાન્ટ ની માહિતી વર્ષ-૨૦૧૯/૨૦ ની ભરવી
CWSN (દિવ્યાંગ બાળકો) ની માહિતી અપના કલસ્ટર ના વિશિષ્ટ શિક્ષકો/સ્પે.એજ્યું. ને પૂછી ને તેમના કરેલ સર્વે મુજબ જ ભરવાની રહે છે
શિક્ષકો ની માહિતી જે તે શિક્ષક જોડે વેરીફાઈ કરાવી તેમની માહિતી નીચે તેમની સહી કરાવી લેવી અને અપડેટ કરવી.
શિક્ષકો ની માહિતી -31/03/2021 ની સ્થિતિએ ભરવી
વિભાગ-૧૦ અને ૧૧ ની તમામ માહિતી ફરજીયાત ભરવી એકપણ કોલમ બાકી રાખવું નહિ.
