DETAILS OF 2021 INTERNATIONAL LETTER WRITING COMPETION FOR YOUNG
PEOPLE

1. Subject : “Write a letter to a family member about your experience with COVID-19”.

All the CRC coordinators of the state were given unique IDs of all the winning students who became standard winners at school level, cluster level, block level and district level in their book reading competition of each level held in February 2020. And the details of the winning class (school / cluster block / district) of the students, as well as the names, mobile numbers and e-mail addresses of the principals of the affiliated schools were instructed to upload in full seriousness, with sufficient accuracy, taking into account the guidelines provided. It was also informed that during the 'Online Book Fair' to be held in the near future, CRC Co.O. If any question arises regarding the details uploaded by, the concerned CRC COO will be at its own risk. All CRC COOs should take special note.


Despite the clear instruction from the reference letter, as well as the name and contact number for providing guidance in case of need for technical assistance in uploading details online, the list included with CRC Co.O. of Dashville Cluster. The process of uploading details by has not even started yet. Which is a very serious matter.

In addition incomplete details of their clusters have been uploaded by some CRC coordinators, i.e., some CRC coordinators. Has only uploaded the details of the students who became the winners in the cluster level competition, while the details of the students who became the winners at the school level in the competition held in the schools of their cluster, or if any student of their cluster became the winner in the block level or district level competition.

Taking serious note of the above, the details of the winning students and the principals of the affiliated schools can be found on the website for 'Online Bookfair' so that not a single winner of the book reading competition 2019-20 is deprived of their incentive prizes. The time period for uploading is extended by 25/3/2021.


Details of all the winning students of the book reading competition organized at school, cluster, block and district level in February 2020 and the principals of the affiliated schools should be uploaded by all the CRC coordinators of your district by 25/3/2021 with full seriousness and accuracy.
