How to Download & Install mparivahan App
Currently, this app is only available for the Android platform. It is expected that soon it will be made available for iOS users. The Minimum Supported Android version for this app is 5.1. In order to Download this App right now, follow these Steps:

- Click on the First link and then click on “Install”

mparivahan App User Registration / Sign up Process
Users can simply login into their Account by providing a registered mobile number (Mobile number used while applying for RC or DL). If that mobile number doesn’t work now, you can Sign up with new Number. To Sign up, follow these Steps:
- Open up the mparivahan App
- Click on the Top Left of the App and then tap on “Sign in”
- On this Page at the Bottom, you will See “Sign up”
- Tap the “sign up” Option and Enter your Mobile Number
- Then you will see “Please wait while we verify your Mobile Number”
- Your number will be automatically verified via OTP
- Once Verified, the user registration process is completed and you can access all the features of this app
Accessing RC & Driving License (DL) Details using mparivahan App
As mentioned earlier, this app enables you to view RC & Driving Licence Information on your phone. To view your details, follow these steps:
- Open up the mparivahan app and Sign in
- Then in the Dashboard, you will See “RC Information” & “DL Information”
Note:
RC Information has services like Temporary Registration, Permanent Registration, Renewal of Registration and Duplicate RC
DL information has services like Learner’s Driving License, Permanent DL, Renewable of DL, Duplicate DL

Fee Structure for Driving Licence in Gujarat

Application of driving licence in Gujarat at the RTO (Offline)
At your nearest RTO office, the application form can be filled and signed, ready for submission, along with the required documents and photographs. The forms can be pre-filled by downloading from the RTO website in order to save time.
The RTO officer will cross-check the data provided and will later inform you whether you’re eligible to take the test.
If you opt for a Smart Card Driver’s licence, you will be required to pay a fee of Rs. 200.
Once your appointment for the Driving licence exam is scheduled, your driving test will be conducted in the presence of a Motor Vehicle Inspector.
If you pass the test, the driving licence will be sent to your residential address within the stipulated time period.
If you do not pass the test, you will be asked to take the test again after 7 days.
Driving Licence Renewal in Gujarat
The validity of 20 years is provided to the owner of the Driving licence. If one crosses the age of 50, the licence must be renewed. Some points to be remembered prior to driving licence renewal:
Once your driving licence expires, a grace period of 30 days is provided for renewal
You are required to furnish your medical certificate if your age is above 50 years of age
No Objection Certificate is mandatory if you have moved to, or from another state
The charges required to renew your licence is ₹50 (if renewed within 30 days). Additional late fees of ₹50 must be paid in case of delay. If you opt for Smart DL, a fee of Rs. 200 will be charged.
Applying for duplicate driving licence in Gujarat
Only in case your driving licence is torn, stolen or misplaced, you can apply for a duplicate driver’s licence. Documents required to procure a duplicate driver’s licence are:
N.O.C from the RTO that issued original DL
Application form L.L.D
Details of original DL
Copy of FIR in case the DL is stolen
A fee of ₹200 in case you require to change your name or address
Applying for International driving licence in Gujarat
If you wish to apply for an international driver’s license in Gujarat, you will have to follow these steps:
Submit form 1A and 4A to the RTO. Form 1A is the medical certificate and Form 4A is application form for an international driving licence
Submit copy of documents like existing driver’s licence, visa, passport and three passport size photographs
Pay fees of ₹500. You also cannot apply for an international driver’s licence online. You are required to meet the RTO in charge in person
You will then receive an International permit with a validity of 1 year
Renewal after expiry and duplication of international driver’s licence is not permitted
