Eligibility: The awards would be open to all Government schools in both rural & urban areas.
The performance of the schools will be evaluated under the following categories
Water
Toilets
Handwashing with Soap
Operations and Maintenance
Behavior Change and Capacity Building.
The performance of the schools against the categories will be scored and schools would be given a rating as below
Score Rating Remarks
90% - 100% of the Norms Green/***** Excellent Keep it up!!
75%- 89% adherence to the Norms Blue/**** Very good ;
51% - 74% adherence to the Norms Yellow/*** Good ; but there is a scope for improvement
35% - 50% adherence to Norms Orange/** Fair ; needs improvement
Below 35% adherence to the Norms Red/* Poor ; needs considerable improvement
Each school should score a minimum of orange rating in each of the Sub-categories in order to be eligible for any award.
How to Apply
All schools are invited to apply for the awards by 31st July 2016
The registration of schools would be done with the U-DISE code of the
school. If you do not have a UDISE-Code, download the Data Capture
Format (DCF) and submit at Block / District / State level office to
generate the U-DISE Code.
Schools will first complete the Primary Information section in the
prescribed format. Upon submission, a "Password" will be send to the
mobile number given by the school in the primary information section.
Schools will then login with the U-DISE code and Password to complete
the rest of the six sections of the survey.

Option C : Download Survey Format ,fill it and seek assistance to complete survey using option A or option B
Submission of application: 1st – 31st July 2016
Selection for awards at the District level and submission of results to the State Level: 1st – 31st August 2016
Selection for awards at the State Level: 1st – 30th September 2016
Submission of State level results to MHRD for National Level Selection: By 7th October 2016
Selection of Schools for National level awards: By 25th November, 2016

યોગ્યતા: એવોર્ડ બંને ગ્રામીણ અને શહેરી વિસ્તારોમાં તમામ સરકારી શાળાઓ ખુલ્લી રહેશે.

વર્તન બદલવા અને ક્ષમતા નિર્માણ.
શ્રેણીઓ સામે શાળાઓ કામગીરી કોઈ આવશે અને શાળાઓ નીચે રેટિંગ આપવામાં આવશે

90% - ધોરણો ગ્રીન 100% / ***** ઉત્તમ તે રાખો !!
75% - ધોરણો બ્લુ 89% પાલન / **** ખૂબ જ સારો;
51% - ધોરણો પીળા 74% પાલન / *** ગુડ; પરંતુ ત્યાં સુધારણા માટે એક તક છે
35% - ધોરણો નારંગી / ** ફેર 50% પાલન; સુધારો જરૂર
નીચે ધોરણો લાલ / * પુઅર 35% પાલન; નોંધપાત્ર સુધારો જરૂર
દરેક શાળા ક્રમમાં પેટા વર્ગોમાં દરેક નારંગી રેટિંગ ઓછામાં ઓછા ગુણ કોઈપણ એવોર્ડ માટે લાયક હોઈ જોઈએ.
કેવી રીતે અરજી કરવી
બધા શાળાઓ જુલાઈ 2016 31 દ્વારા એવોર્ડ માટે અરજી કરવા માટે આમંત્રિત કર્યા છે
શાળાઓ નોંધણી શાળા યુ DISE કોડ સાથે કરવામાં આવશે. તમે
UDISE-કોડ છે ન હોય તો, ડેટા કેપ્ચર ફોર્મેટ (DCF) ડાઉનલોડ કરો અને બ્લોક /
જીલ્લા / રાજ્ય સ્તર ઓફિસ પર સબમિટ યુ DISE કોડ પેદા કરવા માટે.
શાળાઓ પ્રથમ નિયત ફોર્મેટમાં પ્રાથમિક માહિતી વિભાગ પૂર્ણ કરશે. સબમિશન પર, એક "પાસવર્ડ" પ્રાથમિક માહિતી વિભાગમાં શાળા દ્વારા આપવામાં મોબાઇલ નંબર પર મોકલી આપવામાં આવશે. શાળાઓ પછી યુ DISE કોડ અને પાસવર્ડ સાથે પ્રવેશ કરશે મોજણી છ વિભાગો બાકીના પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે.
