માસ્ક, હેલમેટ, ત્રણ સવારી, ડાર્ક ફિલ્મ અને ખામીયુક્ત નંબરપ્લેટવાળા પોલીસને પકડવા સાત દિવસ ઝૂંબેશ
અમદાવાદ : હવે સામાન્ય જનતા સામે ટ્રાફિક નિયમભંગની કાર્યવાહી કરતાં પહેલાં નિયમભંગ કરતાં પોલીસ સામે કાર્યવાહી કરવા અઠવાડિયાની ઝૂંબેશ શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે.
પોલીસ અથવા તો પી લખેલા ખાનગી વાહન ફેરવતા પોલીસ કર્મચારીને ઝડપી લઈ કડક પગલાં ભરવામાં આવશે. આ ઉપરાંત, માસ્ક કે ન પહેરનાર, ડાર્કફિલ્મ લગાવેલી હોય, ખામીયુક્ત નંબરપ્લેટ હોય કે એચએસઆરપી નંબરપ્લેટ ન હોય તો પણ પોલીસ સામે કાર્યવાહી કરાશે.
પોલીસ અિધકારી, કર્મચારીઓ પોતાની ફરજ ઉપર આવતા જતા હોય ત્યારે હેલમેટ પહેર્યા વગર ત્રણ સવારી, ડાર્કફિલ્મ લગાવવી, ખામીયુક્ત નંબરપ્લેટ, એચએસઆરપી નંબરપ્લેટ લગાવવી ફરજીયાત છે.
પોલીસ આૃથવા તો પી લખેલા આૃથવા તો માસ્ક પહેર્યા વગર વાહન ચલાવવા સહિતના કાયદાનો ભંગ પોલીસ કરતી હોવાનું ધ્યાન ઉપર આવ્યું હતું. ટ્રાફિકના નિયમોનું ઉલ્લંઘન તેમજ અશોભનીય બાબત છે અને પોલીસ ખાતાની છાપ ખરડાય છે જે ચલાવી શકાય નહીં તેમ આદેશમાં જણાવાયું છે.
સામાન્ય પ્રજાજનોની માફક નિયમભંગ કરતા પોલીસ કર્મચારીઓ સામે પણ આગામી તા. 23થી 29 જુલાઈ સુધી ઝૂંબેશ હાથ ધરવામાં આવી છે. ઝૂંબેશ દરમિયાન નિયમભંગ કરતા પોલીસ કર્મચારી સામે જે-તે ડીસીપીએ શિસ્ત વિરૂધૃધના પગલાં ભરવા રિપોર્ટ કરવાનો રહેશે.
આ બાબતે તમામ પોલીસ સ્ટેશન, પોલીસ હેડ ક્વાર્ટર, કમિશનર કચેરી, તમામ પોલીસ અિધકારીની કચેરીમાં આવતા જતા પોલીસ કર્મચારી નિયમભંગ કરતા જણાશે તો મોટર વ્હીકલ એક્ટ અંતર્ગત પોલીસ ચેકીગ પોઈન્ટ ગોઠવીને કેસ કરવાના રહેશે.
પૂર્વ અને પશ્ચિમ વિસ્તારના ટ્રાફિક ડીસીપીએ જાતે જ પોતાના વિસ્તારમાં પોલીસ સામેની કાર્યવાહીનું સુપરવિઝન કરવાનું રહેશે. સાત દિવસ સુધી દરરોજ સવારે પોલીસ સામે કાર્યવાહીનો રિપોર્ટ કમિશનર કચેરીે મોકલવા આદેશ કરાયો છે.

AHMEDABAD: A week-long campaign has now been launched to take action against the police for violating traffic rules before taking action against the general public.
Strict action will be taken against the police or the police personnel turning a private vehicle with P written on it. In addition, the police will be prosecuted even if the person is wearing a mask or not, is wearing dark film, has a defective number plate or does not have an HSRP number plate.
It is mandatory for a police officer to wear three rides without wearing a helmet, wearing dark film, wearing a defective number plate, HSRP number plate when the employees are on duty.
It was noticed that the police were violating the law including driving without wearing a mask. It is a violation of traffic rules as well as an indecent matter and tarnishes the image of the police department which cannot be run, the order said.
Even against the police personnel violating the rules like the general public. The campaign is being conducted from July 23 to 29. Any DCP who violates the rules during the campaign will have to report to the DCP for disciplinary action.
If any police personnel coming to the office of all police stations, police headquarters, commissioner's office, all police officers are found to be violating the rules, a police checking point will have to be set up under the Motor Vehicle Act.
The East and West Traffic DCPs will have to personally supervise the action against the police in their area. The commissioner's office has been directed to send a report of action against the police every morning for seven days.
